Very bubbly sounding lady called Leslie, on a terrible line, called from this number. Claimed to be from some kind of insurance company, said the information had come from the "Road Traffic Accident Commission" or similar. Apparently I was in an accident that wasn t my fault. After asking her to repeat her company name, and pointing out that I hadn t had an accident, she hung up on me.

Called today 27/10/20 at 8.19am . Non English accent said were from BT. Had this type of call before said that my internet had been compromised and they were going to switch it off. Considering I am not with BT it is a joke. Halted them in mid conversation said no thank you not interested and hung up. My time is too precious to be wasting talking to scammers.

Real dodgy call, trying to give impression of a law enforcement of traders and wanted payment on a list they compile saying you are trusted while suggestions anyone not on it will be branded as a bad trade. Expression they used was before we start naming and shaming.

A woman with an Indian accent who called herself Alysha-Trottman stole money from my account promising a loan that never materialised. Today a man who claimed Alysha-Trottman passed my loan application to him asked me to send £200 through money gram into their account upfront in order to get my loan. When I refused, he then showed his true colour by threatening to withdraw every penny in my account as he now has all my bank details. He said he s a scammers and laughed then hung up !

Another marketing life insurance sales call.
Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty. SCAM/SPAM. I was called on the 26/08/20 by this number. The caller said they were from SKY (my TV, telephone and broadband provider). He informed me that he was ringing to test my modem and improve its performance. He asked me to type a few commands which included the word “SKY”. He then asked me to permit remote access.
