I used to live in the 01375 dialling code area but moved away over 2 years ago over 200 miles away! but this number has rung 3 times and I am ex-directory and on the TPS list but they have managed to ring me.

This is a debt collection company. Often long term or aging debt is sold and the purchasing collection agency makes profit by aggressively chasing that debt. They use any data they can get to bug you typically to begin with by using automated dialers and recorded style messages. They do not check the age of the data or if they do they ignore it. This number was on a scam letter supposedly from HSBC. It is an automated message asking for your 16 digit card no. Then states it is invalid and asks for sort code. Hung up.
