claimed viruses on my computer, usual crap. but didn t even know my name/address. Claimed to be from a computer company in Leicester.

Some Indian bloke called saying i was owed 4 thousand pounds in PPI, then a minute later he said it was 2 thousand pounds. I asked why had the amount had dropped down, to which he claimed he never said 4 thousand. The clearly tell so many lies and talk so much rubbish, they can never remember what they do say. He wanted details and when I didn t comply, he got verbally abusive. It all adds up to a complete and total farce.

Obtained my details inc address following a small car accident. Gave me some story about the other guy putting in a claim for whiplash and said I could also claim. I told them ( after a fair few discussions) that I simply had no claim to make whatsoever. When I was put through to a "Senior Claims Manager" I told him the same. These people have been calling me for weeks. I have told them that I am not the person they are asking for "Mrs Humphries" and asked them numerous times to take me off their list but still they call. As soon s they realise I am not the person they want they disconnect sometimes whilst I am mid sentence. Infuriating!
