When I told him twice I was not interested he became abusive and started telling me to fuck off he had other customers waiting to make money and to stop wasting his time. Claimed to be my local energy advisor, for once they are local to me. Asked if I was the homeowner, when asked where he got the information from, said there was a data base of all work carried out at this address. If there is then I did not authorise my data being entered or used. GDPR? Suspect they wanted to carry out an "energy survey" and would come up with a very expensive improvement package, which probably would not be needed.
