This number has rung my mobile twice in two days. I have not answered but after reading comments on this and other websites, I contacted O2 directly. They confirmed that it IS them and it IS telemarketing, and offered to block my number, which I accepted. He said he had passed my details to telemarketing to stop contacting me but it could take up to 28 working days for the calls to stop. So I will have to wait and see. I hope this helps.

Daily calls for a week. I finally answered it to find it was an energy company trying to get me to switch. After 14 mins on phone I told the bloke I wasn t interested and needed to end the call. The bloke then became very rude and I ended up hanging up on him. Very poor customer service.

Continually calling my mobile, claiming to be SC Legal based in Manchester, but number showing in my caller display (01444) is area code for Haywards Heath, West Sussex. Phone calls encourage me to claim compensation following a vehicle accident. Despite telling them I have no cause to claim compensation they refuse to remove my number from their calls list. Melissa called twice saying that they needed to check the insulation in our loft because we had it done under the government scheme (we didn't) and now the regs had changed and it needs to be checked.When I told her that I'd done it myself about 35 years ago and wasn't going to have anything else done, she said she'd alter the information on the database. Sounded like a genuine company though unfortunately I didn't get their name so can't report them for a cold call as I would usually.
