I called the number back today and it just went through to call waiting music as if on hold so I hung up immediatly. This caller wanted to claim back my PPI. He said they took 30% plus VAT with a no gain no fee guarantee. He started to ask questions that I will never discuss on the phone so I was immediately suspicious.
I get at least 5 calls from them every day. They are really stubborn and they want to know every sell-able information about you. I have requested to them about 10 times that I am not interested, please opt me out, but they just don t give a damn about my privacy or respect my decision of not giving out the information I am not comfortable in giving! DO NOT ANSWER.

Looking for meter readings
Tells me I have been identified has having and industrial injury and wants to act on my behalf. I have never had such an injury. The caller uses a Merthyr Tydfil dialling code but on interrogation turns out to be a call centre in Liverpool. I explain I am a member of TPS and don t wont to be cold called. Same call the next day!.

Had this number, 01619390228 call me a few times recently, they don t let the phone ring very long, have never left a voice message and on trying to call the number I get an engaged tone, will try to get to my phone quicker next time to answer, reckon it s a scam call, shouldn t be allowed !! This is the Direct Line CLaims Line, they rang me as someone had damaged my car, and they were arranging repairs etc, so genuine number.
