i got a really rude phone call today buy this asian guy I said to stop calling he said f.ck you b.tch. Rang this number and it turns out to be back on track loans. Made a complaint and obviously nothing will be done. Im sure i am not the only one who has made complaints else there wouldnt be 50 comments below. Best thing to do is block their number. No idea who called, but no message left. Can’t dial back as you get number not recognised. Similar numbers have called over the last couple of days, again, numbers not recognised when you dial back. These were 01256 831071 and 01256 831056.

They then ask you to go onto your own personal account to login to get refund. All looks nice and pucker but then they try really forcefully to get you to login.
