Richard Sounds - got call from this number because I ask them to repair my audio equipment (cambridge Audio subwoofer).
I was asked to speak tot he business owner so knew straight away it was a cold call to which I said no thank you and put the phone down. To which the caller rang back and was somewhat aggressive the next time stating that I had put the phone down on him and that he would e-mail my director telling him what I had done then proceeded to hang up on me. Having read the previous comment, there is no surprise why he behaved in this way!

I wouldn t answer this call. It s very unprofessional to call that many times! If you call once leave a damn message and let the person get back to you!
