I picked up and there was silence at the other end.

This is the third number repeatedly calling me from unknown company in Sheffield with similar phone numbers. All fail to leave a message when they encounter Call Handling. Suspect.

I have received so many calls from those people. I have once spoke with a woman, I told her to stop bothering me, she says "OK, you want be called anymore". Few days ago I got a call from the same people, this time was an Indian guy. A woman with a West African accent phoned me at 4.30 pm on 12th July 2012. She asked me how my "claim" was progressing and whether she could help. Obviously a telemarketing call because there was the usual buzz of conversation in the background. The annoying thing is that I m on the Telephone Preference List of people who should *NOT* be contacted by telemarketers. Unfortunately, it doesn t seem to have worked in this case. This number called today saying he was calling from the call blocking service and wanted me to confirm the expiree date of my bank card. Refused and he dropped the call I refused

This Number Belongs to Lloyds banking group, i was Sceptical to start with but rang my bank (Lloyds) to confirm the persons name and he IS part of Lloyds Group Customer Services.

blocked this number several years ago and they re now calling non stop again. Luckily number is still blocked so it just shows up as a missed call

This number calls my mobile at least twice daily every day which is extremely irritating; however I never answer and they never leave a voicemail.... I think if it was a genuine call they would leave a message.
