Fraud Received a call allegedly from Barclaycard and they knew my full name. I denied that I was that person, said they've got the wrong person and hung up. I proceeded to call Barclaycard and they confirmed that they didn't call me, said that this is not one of their number and confirmed it was a fraudster that was trying to get me. Barclaycard advised that they will usually send a message or e-mail and very rarely call unless you have not made a payment. Blocked and will be reporting it.

These guys tricked my 89 year old mother with dementia into buying their "services" on 12 August 2016. I only found out when they called again six days later and spoke to me by mistake. Hung up very quickly when rumbled.. I have not had an RTA / Accident this century! I have blocked the number on my CPR told him nothing and reported the number to GMP on 101. I d like to think that was Game, Set and Match to me!! But you never know so be careful out there!

SCAM - OFCOM Internet Conection Called pretending to be OFCOM with a convincing sounding recorded message from a very nice lady that my internet connection had been hacked and would terminate in 24hrs.
