This is a persistent and bullying phone call centre. Every day,sometimes twice or more they call with a script about a government initiative to install heating , saving 75% on the heating bill. If you question them they become abusive and ugly. HELP.

They are rude to me saying that I do not know what I am talking about, they out the phone down when I say I will report them. Keep ringing me - saying there was unclaimed compensation money from an accident that happened within the last 3 years. Very convincing - I kept asking if this was a sales call and would I suddenly be asked to pay some charges upfront - asked a lot of questions - I remained vague (I hope). Said I would be hearing from a solicitor called John Cunningham Associates. After I had finished the call I felt very vulnerable in case I had told him something that he could use for other purposes

This number called our landline on a Saturday morning asking what make our computer was and which browser we used. He asked us to go to the computer to check something but we explained it wasn't next to our landline. The caller was extremely rude and told us we were wasting his time then hung up! I've seriously got better things to do on a Saturday morning than answer spam calls. I've no idea what he was trying to do to our computer or even who he was but please be careful if this number calls you.
