This is jigsaw24 technical support, it's easier to answer than ring back!

Like the people above, person - a man on first occasion, woman second, couldn t understand what they were saying except they were going to refund PPI. Told them it sounded odd and if they give me a number I ll check it out and get back to them and they put the phone down. Second time I was told to lie about a loan I had not taken out to a different department. They knew my name and address. Not happy.

Started leaving text s on my mobile saying they need to contact me about a personal business matter, then an hour on the dot later 2 phone calls from this number 10 mins apart. They then make a further 2 calls at about 6pm EVERYDAY for the last 2 weeks. I don t owe any debt to anyone so they can go root themselves scumbags. They don t even use my name in the texts and no letter has arrived but they seem to be putting a lot of man hours in to getting hold of me. Well they ll be trying for a long damn time I

The person on the other end told me they were ringing to review my mortgage. When I told her I was uncomfortable discussing it over the phone, she got aggressive and rude. She told me my husband had requested a callback which I knew was a lie because he doesn t deal with this stuff over the net or phone!! when I said that he wouldn t have requested a callback she was really abusive and before she could hang up I told her how rude she was!!
