Didn t get calls like this till I bought a new fone at Vodafone shop in leamington spa about 8 weeks ago ,keeping my number and sim card.Now calls about 4 a day. Think the salesman sells info on.

Accidentally answered this. Recorded msg supposedly HMO threating a warrant being issued! I had to click on 1 to be put through to the office. Needless to say I hung up!!

The "Do Not Call List" is only effective against legal firms that have a legal footprint where they can be prosecuted. "The Caller Id" means nothing because they can type in anything they want, for ant or every phone call, so there s no legal significants to it. Constantly calling every two to three days. I know it's a Manchester number in England getting fed up with the constant calling.

Not sure which company this is, but they appear to be in Belfast. Always an Asian voice, gets very abusive if you ask them not to call back.

So careful with all personal information yet a direct debit for ?2.99 to Total Care & Support was set up and showed on latest statement. My bank said the company was Intouch Investments and gave me the telephone number, that is how I have found this website. Bank refunding money, but I would like to know how this has been able to take place. Bank representative I spoke to said mine was just one of many complaints regarding this company in the past few weeks.

Phoning persistently over the past few days from different numbers. Some kind of survey scam, but they hang up as soon as you deviate from script. If they call, don t give away any personal info: don t even confirm your name. Instead, try to politely find out their company name and address. Then send details to offcom / TPS / your MP etc (perhaps with a similar level of persistence?), until someone does something. It s just an idea. Good luck!
