I have no idea why but I am repeateadly getting texts from this number and it says it is from Lurid Nature, the msg says thank you for being our client and if you are interested in more offers please visit our webpage. Looks like this is a Scam number - we will disconnect your internet. Just hang up and do not press any response keys.
After looking into this more, turns out this number is linked to what is known as a locksmith scam. They will over charge and drill out your lock and damage your door instead of just lockpicking it. They are not on the MLA Approved Locksmiths. Although, if you are happy of being overcharged as hell, I am a victim of this scam, but they did come out within 15 minutes, gotta give them that.

I blocked this number and a very similar number (one digit different) after calls from both numbers to my mother. Both callers claimed to be from Clearwater Home Services, calling about the "nuisance calls to your account". A quick search showed a company of this name in the US. Mum doesn't have an account with an organisation of this name. I am guessing that these were amongst a long line of scam calls, claiming Mum has an account that needs to be renewed, card details verified etc.,
has anyone spoke to this man ? or have you just looked the number up and seen these comments ?

The person said they where from 118 live directory, he asked for the business owner which I am not so I said no I’m afraid he won’t be in untill friday at that point he hung up. I did 14713 and called back to get an automated American voice saying it was utility direct. Scam.

We always let numbers like this go to answerphone. They always hang-up without a message. Calling several times a day at present - at least they don t hide the phone number. At least they could state their name and purpose, you say it is TalkTalk Marketing. I decide if I want to buy anything and try to avoid these types of call.
I had a call from this number purporting to be from the "Smile the Internet Bank" fraud dept. I terminated the call as I was not satisfied with their line of questioning.
