This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. This is a recruitment agency called Mustard Jobs. Quite legitimate. You've maybe signed up to them when you were jobseeking.
Called about 11am this morning. Well spoken female voice with English accent said she was an official energy agent in the area and asked if I still had fibreglass loft insulation. I immediately asked her the name of the energy company she worked for. She immediately ended the phone call. Obviously a scam.

I have been called several times by this company. When I returned the call it is usually answered by a Voice saying that my call is important to them so please wait.
