This number keeps silent calling me . If i do pick up they hang up and when you call it back you get a number not known tone

telemarketing, lifted receiver and heard a female voice say, hello im so an so from whatsname, put phone down...usually wait and dial 1471.

They knew my name and address, but asked for my age and said that my answers would help release new products. When I asked who they were I was told UK Preference. I asked for him to stay on the phone whilst I looked up the company on the internet he immediately hung up

Yet another unknown number calling one registered with the TPS and leaving no message. Another scammer or illicit sales call - who knows?
