Safe number Is actually an Indian guy calling who refers you to O2 who sign you up for their Sim Only deal. Shame they have a dodgy-sounding Indian guy getting them customers, because it makes O2 look dodgy. FYI: I have received all genuine emails and contract info from O2 and... I received my SIM! 100% legit (apart from the guy calling millions of numbers from India hoping to get someone to say yes so he can earn his referral commission from O2!).

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Call claimed to be from Citizens Advice regarding credit cards. Phone CitA and was told that they do not make calls of this nature. Call would appear to be fraudulent.
Called claiming to be from the Fraud Department at the National Grid, regarding over charging of electricity insisted were pay for extra kilowatts that we hadn't used. Very annoying had several calls of this nature.
