A firm called Office Essential rang and asked if we do start ups for business's.
Asian guy asking me about my postcode. After repeated asking what call was about he says he s from the HR of UK. Then when pressed he says it s for a company with similar name as the one I work for! Then starts asking about what mobile phone I prefer. Hung up! Total scam!
Recorded message purporting to be from Amazon. Apparently someone placed an order for an iPhone 12 on my account (the bold- faced cheek of some people, eh?) and somehow Amazon found this to be suspicious (probably because me and Jeff are really big buddies!) and wanted me to address it as they didn't want me to be out of pocket (to anyone other than themselves no doubt!). If I hadn't hung up, they'd have been asking for all kinds of personal detail of my account. But I hung up before they asked.

SCAM Call from Annie DeSouza - claimed my BT internet connection had been hacked. When asked for details was referred to her supervisoor Aran, who got increasingly short with me, then wanted to take control of my computer to show me. Apparently my connection will be cut in 1 hour. SCAM, he said his name was Adam Scott from Microsoft telling me my computer was at risk, giving me specific codes for my computer and saying I needed to turn it on.... My laptop takes 20 mins to start up and when I said this to him he said don't worry it won't take long... I think the longer your on call with these guys the worse it can get

Called me to discuss all info about my traffic accident which is non existent. I asked who NAC is and he said he d get to that then asked about my accident. I asked him to explain what happened as he had it all there. He told me to f*ck off and said he would slap me in the street if I spoke to him like that. Apparently he owns the business so he can talk to his potential cs how he likes.
