They then ask you to go onto your own personal account to login to get refund. All looks nice and pucker but then they try really forcefully to get you to login. SCAM Two calls, six months apart, claiming I had supported a online child safety programme and wanting to present an invoice for payment. As soon as I requested their recording of my agreement and examples of the advertising and a list of schools it was sent to they hung up after becoming very aggressive in the first instance.
Fake very bad auto fake scam pretending to be revenues and customs can't believe they think this stuff ever works.
Contacted regarding my amazon account and large order to being placed by I-phone. When asked what the order was for the caller became evasive and just said that it was for £737. When amazon orders were checked no such order had been placed and and no communication made. I consider this number dangerous.

Went to voicemail so only caught half the message as it was prerecorded, mentioned HMRC... Something about "registered under your name, press 1 and your call will be connected to the officer dealing with the case if you don't press on the warrant will be issued under your name and you will be arrested shortly." Really unnerving! Not like my nerves are not already in tatters dealing with the pandemic and potential job-loss.
