Call was highlighted as potential fraud so did not answer. Number now blocked

Calling to confirm delivery but were trying to upsell their AO Aftercare Insurance / Protection Plan. I politiely declined but am still getting called on a regular basis at home and on my mobile which I am ignoring.

Missed the first call from this number around lunchtime. Received a second call at 5:20pm the same day. Thought it was a recruitment agent so answered. Turned out to be an English chap claiming to want to speak to me about a car accident. He knew my full name and postal address. I told him there was no such accident and to remove my details from his database immediately. I then hung up. Something of a worry that he had so many of my personal details.

Rang and told me I was showing as due a PPI refund and asked if I have looked into claim. Told them I had never had any products which qualified for PPI, but she insisted I was on the system so should look into claim. I told her again I have never had any products and enquired which parts she didn't understand. Couple of hours later she rang again and started the whole process over again. This number is mostly a robocall - PPI, financial services, you've won a cash prize... The point is to call this PREMIUM RATE number back which will cost a fortune.
