Lady caller asked for owner, I said owner was busy would she like to eave a message. Very off hand she answered, no I don t want to leave a message . When I asked who was calling, she hung up.

The call is for someone else, they obviously have the wrong number. They rattle off a reference number that if you haven t a pen in your hand you are stuck.

Cancelled a subscription last week. They tried to dissuade me but in the end accepted i was resolute in my decision. They called today as i found out from googling the number.
