After all the complaints, it beggars belief that these scammers are still using the same phone number and not been arrested. We are a computer repair business and have 2 telephone lines. Got a call on line 1 from the scammer (Asian male) who announce that my computer had problems!!! He was told in no uncertain terms to do something rather harmful to himself. Same thing - I ve been harassed for more than a year now concerning an accident I didn t even have!
Fraud Said she was from RBS and was calling customers for an annual review. She would arrange a time for someone to call and go through everything. She informed me that she could see I had the app and I can contact them if I need to. I never gave out any of my details and banks do not phone from a mobile number.
