Very bad connection, claimed to be from O2, I didn't believe him. Suspect a scam.
Call center. I answered the call, although I was suspicious as I didn't recognize the number. I said hello, 5 or 6 times, there was a clicking on the line, then a foreign-sounding female voice finally said hello. I said "you took your time answering, didn't you" at which point the call was disconnected.
I think this is wrong and they should not be bullying ppl I am a single parent and have not got the £20 to pay this

SCAM Scammers pretending to be my network provider O2. I'm not with O2, they using this number which when googled comes up with a restaurant. I can only assume their spoofing the number using voice over Internet calls.

They just called me pretending to be from motability insurance asking about recent accident with my motability car. My car hasn’t been in an accident but is currently in for repair at the dealership following an RAC call out when my battery was flat and the car wouldn’t start. I don’t know how these scammers got my unlisted mobile number or even knew I have a motability car (which has a private plate on it). Someone has given them my personal information. Guy hung up when I was in mid sentence.
Received a text from this number yesterday which said: Hi sorry I can't take your call if send a message I replied : Who is this? Mayb you have the wrong person? They replied at 4am this morning saying I called them yesterday (which I haven’t), I won’t entertain this so I have blocked the number. •
Claim to be Virign Media, saying there's a problem with my broadband. Hung up when i reponded 10 to number of lights on the modem. Disappointed about that, wamt to have a rant, just for fun. Bunch of muppets. Annoying, possible dangerous if you did/do a screen share (yes looking at you - windows users).

I this is a search i made for Matalan in Newcastle upon tyne I pponed the number as i wished to speak to customer servie. A male voice spoke to me saying you have reached your credit please press one to make a payment, I dony have any credit withe matalan. I thought this was a bit fishy so i blocked the number. then i asked my husband to phone the number from his old Nokia phone. the reply was. I don't have all the details yet but I do know that my daughter is not the only victim of this predator. Have called back at the start of it but goes to electronic sound. Advice toy you if you see these numbers 01615202… then don’t answer and block it.

10/03/22 at 10.37am. I answered with hello. A man said; "I'm fine and if somebody has complained about me I'm fine. Goodbye" He then hung up. He sounded angry. I have no idea what this call was about. To-date (in the 27 years I have had this number) I have never had a 'wrong number' type of call, as far as I am aware it is not similar to any local business/official numbers!
