I was informed by a sythetic female voice that a large amount of money had been taken out of my bank account and that I should contact them by telephone if I had not performed this withdrawal myself. Obvious callback SCAM. This is the third of it's kind that I have received recently but the others came via mobile phone numbers.

When asked for details was referred to her supervisoor Aran, who got increasingly short with me, then wanted to take control of my computer to show me. Apparently my connection will be cut in 1 hour. My laptop takes 20 mins to start up and when I said this to him he said don't worry it won't take long... I think the longer your on call with these guys the worse it can get

Blackmail with threats of kidnap violence and torture.
This number and the following number; 07404235048 keeps phoning me (so far 5 times today) and a recorded message says that they are from BT and we have had a security breach with our phone line and broadband and that they are going to turn us off and trying to get us to press a button to respond to them. We are not even with BT!!! DON'T trust these phone numbers.
I picked up and there was silence at the other end.
