They have called twice left message once and sent me two emails concerning a debt for plusnet. I contacted plusnet who confirmed no outstanding debt and that this was a scam.
Call twice a day but only ring for one second then they cut the line.

I did not dial 1 as suggsted to speak to someone, particularly because although I do have an Amazon account my name was not given in the call. Phishing at best, access to my bank account possibly?

There were no less than five calls from this number while I was out. I did not need to be told it was the criminals pestering me again as I have had so many of them. It s quite easy to negate these types of calls by getting yourself a Call Line Identity phone. If the call doesn t display the name of someone in your tel address book, or shows number withheld, or out of area, or International let the answer machine do the work. You can then block the number or use phone settings to set your preferences - problem solved...

I received a text on this number claiming that I had missed a delivery from Fedex. The website address I was supposed to link to looked suspicious and when I checked online didn't match anything on the official Fedex site. Since I am not expecting a delivery I assume that this is a scam.

I work at this company and just thought as I always get calls from companies I don t know, I always google them, so this may help somebody that receives a call from this number. We re a main service center for many companies and a base for repairs and spares for multiple manufacturers and retailers. If you ve received a call it s more than likely a spares request, or something to do with a repair.
