If you say you're not with BT, that doesn't bother them as they just say BT is the overall company and they're just protecting you. 'Annie' hung up when I insisted she was a scammer.

SCAM. Woman with strong Asian (sounded Indian) accent purporting to be calling from Microsoft informing me of urgent high risk to my computer etc---. I hung up and on checking discovered the number to belong to A&M Todd, a flooring company in Burnley.

These people have conned my mum into signing for £3844 for a adjustable bed. Knocked£1000. Off for discount and took a deposit of £695 from her. I will be trying to stop this tomorrow. Watch this space. She is nearly 80 and preyed on by a woman. Disgraceful.
Have readout and log of incoming call,never answer unless they are on my saved list and can be identified, Give a check later on here. Always block so they can never ring back.

I used to live in the 01375 dialling code area but moved away over 2 years ago over 200 miles away! but this number has rung 3 times and I am ex-directory and on the TPS list but they have managed to ring me.
Spoke to girl yesterday on this number.Liverpool Accent but seemed quite knowledable about Celtic & wanted my bank details to set up a Celtic fc lottery with a chance of win...

This is a debt collection company. Often long term or aging debt is sold and the purchasing collection agency makes profit by aggressively chasing that debt. They use any data they can get to bug you typically to begin with by using automated dialers and recorded style messages. They do not check the age of the data or if they do they ignore it. 02477220378 called me 10:20 am Tuesday 24 Aug 2021. It rung twice, and before I had time to get to my phone, they had rung off. As I don't know anyone in Coventry, conclude that it's a call centre or scammer.
