No answer when I picked up. Part of a series of different suspicious mobile numbers to have called me since yesterday. Only one of them responded when I picked up a (an automated message supposedly from my unnamed Internet provider).

Called by man with a foreign accent asking for me personally but would not say who he was or what it was about so he was not put through. All the signs of a scam or phishing call

I know these are a debt collection agency. They have been calling at least twice a week for the last few weeks. Get a recorded message on answer phone to call them back. I am not in debt so i dont know why they are calling? I have no reason to call them.

Voicemail - Claimed to be from EE - press 2 for short survey. 9 to opt out. I ended call and blocked number.

Just rang but terminated the call another scam.

It s AirBnB. You can attach the internal messaging system to text your phone when someone responds to a message etc. AirBnB use several different numbers to do this. This is one of them.

I ve received 3 calls from these idiots - two I failed to answer but after reading posts on sites like this decided, for my own amusement, to answer on the third call. The chap on the other end rambled on about insurance and said he was from a company called Red Star. When I asked who Red Star were he got quite abrupt/aggressive.
