Second time they called I asked how they know my name and I told them to take my details off their list as I googled their no and I know they are fraud. He became very very rude and hang up on me. I phone Lloyds (PhoneBank) number to be told that this number belongs to the Lloyds Credit Card Collection department (I had missed a payment due to personal circumstances) and they wanted their money.
