Received a recorded call from this number regarding PPI, despite the fact that I have previously opted out by pressing 5 and registered with TPS. I have also reported this to TPS.
I was charged ?18 in June and a further ?30 in July for a series of texts (?6 per texts) on my mobile bill. EE, who is my mobile provider said they could not refund me the charges as they were from a 3rd party for services such as an entry in a prize draw, or a game download, which apparently I had requested, and as such they could not refund the charge. Fraudulent call centre(could hear this in the background) saying I had been victim of a fraud on my Amazon account which had had £1200 charged go the credit card linked to the account. Wanted me to push 1 or 2 etc to deal with the issue. I hung up but someone else may be duped by this type of con. Very angry that they can do this all the time.

Automated call bot that said it was from tax office and I was being investigated for fraud and an arrest warrant issued. I pressed the number on to learn more information and the guy who connected wanted personal info to confirm my identity. Thought it was a scam after that and it turns out I was right. Glad the phone cut off when it did.

SCAM Is a Recorded message it say I have an standing order of £700 in Amazon. Press 1 to speak with an Amazon agent. Well I know is not true so... I just blocked the number.
TAXES / HMRC this is a scam caller, I dont know if they have targeted anyone else, they phoned my boyfriend pretending to be HMRC and that there was something wrong with one of his books and that he needed to press 1 and carry on to an advisor etc. We have contact HMRC about this and they are fully aware that this kind of phone call is happening. We tried to phone the nunber back but it does a long beep and then hangs up, which we a reckoning it is an actual scam machine that dials random phone numbers
