SCAM! I had a call from this number. Man claiming to be "Tom" and calling on due to some government funded loft lagging placed in the loft a few years ago. He said there have been reports of condensation and mould and they noted that we hadn't had a loft survey since. He said not to worry, and proceeded to ask if I was the home owner. When I asked if I could call him back, (as sounded scripted) he hung up. THIS CALL SOUNDED VERY GENUINE - he was well spoken (not like previous scam call

Guy called Russell asked me how my internet was working. Apparently they had reports of problems. I asked him where he was calling from (ID display said International) and he said London.. I said I did not think so, and when he asked why I was saying that, I replied that he sounded like someone from the Sub Continent trying to put on a British Accent. I ve been reasonable and told them I understand it s their job, nothing personal, but it s irritating as hell when you work afternoons/evenings and you re getting calls at 7.45am, and you don t even own a car. I rang the number from a different phone to the one they called and reached a recorded message saying it was First Call Group or something similar, and advising to send them an e-mail with phone and e-mail details so they wouldn't contact me again. I've added the number to my blocked list on my mobile and left it at that.
