Called on my mobile, but line quality was poor so couldn t hear much. They didn t ring back and I don t know anyone in High Wycombe who would be ringing me. Guess it s cold calling.

Was told the caller was a surveyor and that he was checking about our loft insulation. He seemed to have had access to the time we had it done and also our address. He asked when it was done and was it part of the Government scheme as there was a problem with fibreglass. The line then went dead, but the call was still active as I could see the raised phone sign on my handset Very strange and also very worrying! Didn t give any further info info and hung up as soon as I realised.

SCAM / SPAM usual thing. strong south Asian accented guy called 'paul' told me he was from EDF and clarified that they are my current supplier. then said due to covid they couldn't said engineers out to read meters. 1) I send readings in online. 2) every meter I have seen in the last 25 years is outside. covid becomes irrelevant in this case 3)I have never given reading over the phone. hang up

Claimed to be from HMRC about my National Insurance number and to say that my number has been involved in fraudulent activity and that they we're suspending my NI number and to press 1 to speak with an officer. I will report this to HMRC and the police action fraud website. This company called me from a local number and pretended they where sat in Swansea! saying that they could review a pension for me to see if they could improve it? All I had to do is fill out personal details on this form and sent it back asap. I dont trust it?

Called up at 7pm. Told my life insurance was awful And how it wasn t the right one for me. After what can only be described as border line bullying I went to speak to one of there "qualified" advisors. Turned out it was some wise boy who tried to make me spend more than I was already paying for less cover. Complete waste of time I d avoid using them at all costs.

They called me yesterday saying I was paying too much for my TV insurance and I replied I do not have a TV insurance and I am not stupid. They hung up. They called me again this morning at 8am and woke me up and when I answered the phone the line was dead. They have also been calling my neighbours too who are elderly and fed up with it.
