"Hannah", asking me to confirm if I d been in an accident that wasn t my fault, as her records said I had. Pressed her for where the report came from and she eventually answered with something I can t remember. Continually pressed "her" for the name of the person she was trying to reach, but just kept asking the same question. Eventually I told her no accident and she said my details would be removed from the list.

He tried to convince me using various methods including running the eventvwr (the errors listed there are not related to viruses!) This is identical to the well known Windows Technical Helpdesk scam.
