Phoned about a car part. This company sent a quote twice about a car part after using 247carspares.co.uk They passed me from dept to dept and in the end said the part was no longer available. Beware of numbers starting with 070 premium rate.

a message was left on my voicemail by this number actually talking to another caller the calls must have crossed at exactly the same time so I recorded their call. It was an Asian voice stating they were from the Government Grants Office and we were obviously both entitled! Utter rubbish I would not be entitled and I heard the other caller saying she would not be entitled to it so not to waste either of their time.

My 81 year old father was targeted and asked to insure his 4 year old Indesit washing machine. Unwittingly he set up a d.debit which he cancelled the next day, with the bank, when he realised he already had cover. He rang Appliance Serve and told them too, he was asked to put it in writing which he did. He is now getting calls about his non payment and they are threateneing court action as they said they hadn t received a phone call or letter. Total fraudsters targeting the elderly. #scammers
