Rang four times a day for the last few days. Rang the number back after coming up clear on google. Got automated message saying I was rang by 1st Call Group. The number is a Manchester number but based in South Africa, which is suspicious to start with. Looking at their client list on their website, includes many PPI companies, Ambulance chasers, and other undesirables.

I have been receiving calls from this number for a couple of months now. They have my full name and address. They used to ask whether I have sky but now they started asking the make of my tv. I refuse to give them any information and hung up but they keep calling back.
This number has called me 12 times over the last 2 weeks! No voice message left.

Just got a call from this number .. I didn't answer .. but out of curiosity I call the number back .. because my motor insurance company is in Manchester .. but when the call was answered I was not given the company name I was just told I would be put through to the next available agent .. who came on and asked if they could speak to me .. I did not reply .. and he said goodbye using my name .. this was an automated voice so they have your name and number saved .. therefore the number has now been blocked

Called by this number, I answer they don’t speak. I call back and get absused. I am registered for TPS but it doea nothing to block these ignorant call centre jobsworths. I don't think this is a safe number - appears to come from a house in Mansfield Road, Bournemouth but the message says there has been unusual activity on your card mentioning Amazon & an international bank transfer. There aren't any banks in Mansfield Road. It doesn't mention what bank is involved & you can't call the number back I think this is a scam.

SCAM - Fake caller pretending to BT to get remote access to your computer and files. Once access is gained, they delete your files and demand credit card details in order to restore them. The method of paying via credit card is though an online 'Moneygram' form meaning they then have your card details and can take all your money. They also do not give you your files back. DO NOT ANSWER CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER, IT IS AN ILLEGAL SCAM.
