I was charged ?18 in June and a further ?30 in July for a series of texts (?6 per texts) on my mobile bill. EE, who is my mobile provider said they could not refund me the charges as they were from a 3rd party for services such as an entry in a prize draw, or a game download, which apparently I had requested, and as such they could not refund the charge. This same number called me in the past three days- 17th 18th and 19th July - I can't call the number back( from 1741) - get a constant tone.

I doubt that very much, also pet peeve but called me by my first name which suggests they have more information than I would care to give.I had to stop his spiel to ask him to remove my information which he couldn t do so I ve hung up. Called back this number to find out what they want and they told me they cannot say unless they speak to the right person. They won t even tell me their company name and what they do. What company doesn t want to tell you that.

They call me at least six times daily. The first couple of times I answered then they hung up without saying anything.
