Got a dodgy call from this number from someone claiming to be O2. Dodgy accent and background noises. He wanted far too many details about me to have genuinely been a phone company for "security purposes". When I refused, tried to sell me phones and contracts. Doesn t match any O2 number I m aware of online.

It's a company working on behalf of EE or T-mobile apparently. Either way, I wish they would quit it.
