Six times in a week this number has called and as I am on holiday I am charged to answer UK calls and answerphone. It must be an automatic dialer as any sane person would recognise a foreign ringtone.

Exact same thing just happened to me. Although my name and number were correct,the address she said I had never heard of. All a bit odd.

Indian voice claimed to be British Telecom. I said I don?t believe you and hung up.

They've called me twice - both times they didn't speak, there was a buzz at the end and then they hung up. Don't know who this is or why they call.

This number 0131287730809 identifies it as Amazon Prime Membership renewal. It then offers 'press one' to cancel the membership. I use Amazon, but I'm not a Prime member so I pressed one to cancel. A foreign gentleman answered and I told him that I hadn't joined Prime and to return my money. After a few minuets of him saying he will send a refund form for me to fill in my details I declined he got abusive and went on repeat " I like F......g your daughter every night you A.....e, to which I hung up

Obtained my details inc address following a small car accident. Gave me some story about the other guy putting in a claim for whiplash and said I could also claim. I told them ( after a fair few discussions) that I simply had no claim to make whatsoever. When I was put through to a "Senior Claims Manager" I told him the same. Just had a call from financial justice stating that they were given my details due to PPI potential claims. I expressed that I didn t give my consent for the information to be shared with them and would like their details. Clearly they wouldn t give me that and then I looked them up online and the company was dissolved in 2014! Very fishy!!
