The email is for a high value item that has supposedly just been purchased on my account and to call customer services if there's an issue. I do not have an eBay account associated with the email address I received the email on. SCAM robo call saying that there has been possible fraudulent activity on my bank account. When I questioned them they refused to say what bank they were, and that they were the 'fraud department'. They got angry so I called them out as the scammer they are and according to the scammer all UK people are idiots. Have reported it to action fraud.

01482596113 is apparently a funeral plan sales call. They got my number from an illegal downloading site. I wonder why they use such a site for marketing purposes. Don t they know that they could be prosecuted for aid & abetting fraud, theft & money laundering?
This number called me on a spare phone that I keep for emergencies only. No one in the universe has that number apart from one very elderly person - and of course Vodafone where I bought the PAYGO SIM card. So I guess Vodafone must have passed the number on. It couldn t be anyone else.
