I called the number back today and it just went through to call waiting music as if on hold so I hung up immediatly. From 118-online asking for a survey. Don't speak when answered and numerous calls from same number at same time using clogging up all lines so no one else can ring in, meaning our customers get sent to voicemail. Have emailed 118-online [who's website seems a bit dodgy] and had assurances that our number[s] are taken from their list, but that obviously has not happened. So OFCOM here we come.
