This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8438667xxx range... People did someone answer this number?

Rang three times in an afternoon, left no message and only calling for 3 - 4 rings. I cannot find anything out about this number yet. Won't answer as it seems a bit scammy.
