A woman claimed to be calling from a company called MCA. She wished to talk to me about damage which occured to my car back in 2013, and the phone calls that I had subsequently been receiving. I advised her that a) my car wasn t damaged in 2013, and b) I hadn t had phone calls about the damage to my car - which hadn t occured! Somewhat worryingly she knew the make, model and registration number of my car. She was unable to recognise sarcasm when I suggested that I was obviously older and more senile tha

I get an 0345 call at least 2 to 3 times a day. I ignore them all, but its really infuriating.
The caller tried to sell me a £5000 funeral plan for 'just £1 a day'. Tone was highly aggressive and no respect at all shown towards the fact the the call was unsolicited.

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre.
