It s Carphone Warehouse Customer Services. They were responding to an issue I had raised with them.

Don`t answer to this phone call. They just want sell you the insurance for replace/repair. But i think if the item you reveice is broken you can replace it too for free.

had 2 calls today, refused to answer as I recognised the number from previous comments on this forum.

Call one, two or three times a day about PPI, been going on for three days now, every day a different number, others include 07836 154787, 07894 578454, 07906 927204, 07896 128765. After asking them to stop calling I was told to F*** OFF by them, and the calls have increased.

Said that they were calling on behalf of Scottish Power, offered to give me a better deal on my electricity and gas bill.

We received a silent call from them which locked our line for a few minutes even when we put the phone down and pick it up again. We dialed 1471 and got the above number which I called on my mobile but withheld our number and they identified themselves as the above company, as soon as we got the name, we hang up. Keeps calling our business line claiming to be Bristish Gas, when i try tell them we are not with British Gas they try to tell me we are and that our electricity bill is ready for renewal, I always ask them to send a letter in the post to which they tell me they cant and try to put me through to there manager

Completely fed up with these calls, why they keep calling because I never answer, if they are calling regarding PPI, am not likely to be in for a refund, as I have never borrowed money in my life can t afford it do without.

This number calls our fax machine daily.They re a nuisance because we have to check who s tried to call every time in case it s a customer trying to send a fax. They don t seem to learn from the fact that a fax machine answers every single time they call!
