another irritating PPI call. Dont normally answer. They are going to send me a letter and I am due to get £3500. When I asked them from what policy they got very defensive. When I told her that the whole world is getting fed up of these stupid calls line went dead!

SCAM Cold caller, pretending to be working on behalf of Microsoft advising me that I am being targeted by hackers. Goes through a spiel involving talking me through looking at the 'event viewer' utility on my PC and asking me to note the number 'Administrative events' with warnings listed in the viewer. This he advisies means that I am under attack - (BTW it does not). The tries to talk me into downloading 'anydesk' - I did not because it would allow access to my PC.
