18 Oct 2021 - cheeky git tried threatening me with court . Claiming was calling from HMRC and i owed tax. Asked him to confirm when its for and turns out it was 2020, well i, along with a lot of the population was on furlough. I basically argued its HMRCs responsibility to calculate what i pay so its not my fault. Ive had no communication in the post and he will have to take me to court. SCAM Says they are from openreach, always a lot of noise and chatter in the background, to comfuse you into thing its from a large office. Called several times a day, a lot of the time, you hear the noise, but no one speaks and it cuts off
Its a joke that company's such as these clowns are allowed to get away with this, in this day and age there should be a way of shutting them down!

You receive a genuine text message from O2 with a security code. Received call from Indian sounding male, call centre environment. Said other people had been using my router. He did NOT ask to confirm my name address, account etc. I asked him many questions as I new it was a scam. He asked me to go to my computer. He said he could not send me an email to confirm who he was so I asked him to call back in half an hour whilst I ring BT to clarify who he is, he quickly put the phone down.
