SCAM said they were Microsoft and there was unusual activity on my computer via internet. Explained that I’d not had my computer on for many months! He stated that it does not matter as ‘they’ can still access. Stated that I would contact Microsoft directly, he gave me another number, I was rumbled when I said I would call back and he asked for me to repeat the number, I’d not written it down! Microsoft do not engage in unsolicited cold calls, and likely not using mobile number

Birmingham Area Code. I have no known callers in that area.

This number has been calling HUNDREDS of people and is trying to get them to say yes

SCAM Pretending to be from Amazon stating £39.99 for a Premium Prime membership. Sad thing is they are so STUPID its not £39.99 .....oh what a give away clue. Sadder still .......what is Premium Prime??????? Scammers should really get a brain before they start on their way to prison. They will be caught eventually.

This line should belong to some company, but no remark on internet about it. Haven't found any info for this one, does anyone have some experience with this number? Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back.

Totally unknown UK number on my Dutch phone. I did not answer but listened voicemail. Some lady said she has met me ( not true ) after that she had some hard to understand financial story.

SCAM Although I use Adblock Plus, some websites insist I turn this off and I'm guessing thanks to this my Firefox navigated to a bad page PRETENDING to be Windows Defender finding a Trojan (after the first click inside the browser window it maximises the browser making this look more realistic) and requiring me to call this very phone number. Sob story. Company gone bust. Just wants to recoup her investment. Did however send sample data. Gave a vague story about the complany but no details.

I did not catch the firm name, but they claimed to have been passed a file with details of a road accident I was involved in recenrly. When I told them I had not been in one, they asked if anyone in my household has. They got my mobile number from somewhere and are clealel chancing it on the basis that I may have been one, or worse still, possibly wanting me to make one up, so they can take on my cases.
