As a person who works in the It industry I can tell you that these people are not qualified to be "Microsoft certified technicians. They lack the knowledge and expertise. They are extremely persistent about these" hackers" and "viruses" when most of them probably don t exist in the first place. As the other guy said, play around with them. It s fun!

Used local school names in an attempt to make me believe we had helped them with our sponsorship of some internet safety programme, offered me a £20 discount if I paid up today, bringing it to just £129!!
