I believe this is a cold caller who has somehow, along with two others since blocked, has my mobile number - guessing via software as only family have the number they are ringing. Rings a few times then goes off - ringing the number back produce a constant engaged tone. Another number that'll be getting blocked. This is the third 'cold call' to my mobile in a week that has gone unanswered!
I had a missed call from this number on my mobile but no message left. Also similar number called me recently, probably the same marketing company? don't wanna call back since I do not know the number - it could be just a robocaller testing if my number is

Woman called to say "We have been informed you were in a road traffic accident which wasn t your fault, can you tell me when this happened?". I said "Who told you this?" She repeated the above? I repeated my question. She said "The RPA" or "The RTA". I asked if this was an official government agency and she said "Yes". I asked which part of government and she said "Yes". Some chap tells me that will be receiving a letter in the post about my PPI claim I made. SCAM. There is no such thing as a Covid Pass. I nearly fell for it. The first thing they ask for is your GP’s post code. That made me take a 2nd look at it. Then they asked for my name date of birth address etc. I completed my mums Covid booster online form and it wasn’t like this so I pulled myself together and deleted everything and looked at the number which was a mobile. The NHS don’t send anything by text on a mobile number like that. Dangerous SCAM.
