My 81 year old father was tricked into setting up a direct debit for his 4 year old Indecit. (June 2016)He realised the day after he was covered by another policy, so he cancelled the direct debit at the bank and wrote a letter to Appliance Serve as well as calling them by phone. A man said no problem he would sort it. July 2016 - he is getting reminders about a missed payment and a telephone call threatening court action! Bring it on!! #fraudsters

I was charged ?18 in June and a further ?30 in July for a series of texts (?6 per texts) on my mobile bill. EE, who is my mobile provider said they could not refund me the charges as they were from a 3rd party for services such as an entry in a prize draw, or a game download, which apparently I had requested, and as such they could not refund the charge. Roofing solutions, used 07471216996, said his name was Mason, offering inspections, claiming a recent increase in problems due to storms. He asked a few questions on eligibility. A short while later, was called by Rebecca on 07393465578, telling me I was eligible. I said I did not want their services. When asked why I did not tell Mason that, I said he did not ask. I have BT call guardian, but these came through as announced calls with the above names.

We had the worst experience of a conservatory. See google reviews and trust pilot by my husband! Yet they still call to see if we want anything else. Would rather boil my eyes than use this company again!

This company is a huge nuisance and should be fined. They do not screen against the TPS and do not remove people from the marketing list when asked. ALWAYS report this number to the Information Commisioner s Office. It is very say to do that on the ICO website. Because if enough people do that, they company will get a massive fine and hopefully be put out of business.
