Called to tell me that my computer was running slow and offered to take control of my laptop to show me how to cure the problem. I kept pestering HER with various questions in the middle of her "spill" eventually she hang up. Anyone reading this NEVER let anyone take control of your computer from a "cold" telephone call....

They left me a threatening message, I called my friend for advice, he suggested I google their number and here I am with a few alarming comments

Someone has called me several times from this number. I have never answered. This time I had a Voicemail message, but it was just people chatting in the background.

Had a call from a guy called nathan on this number, said he worked for webhelp uk, and they were partners of BT. Gave me a load of info which sounded good, I said could he send it to me in writing/email he said he couldn t and would only take phone orders, so I told him to phone back in 24 hours. I ve just been onto BT chat and gave them the number and asked if he was ligate, they said not! So I ll see what he says tmw!!

They know a lot about you when they call, the knew name number address and postcode. It is an opinion poll about charity, they ask for age bracket, pension amount and a few other personal questions. They even asked favorite colour. I answered all their questions but I gave fake answers for every one. No way in hell they are knowing that much info about me.
