Claimed to be from an insurance company wanting to renew an annual policy with a discount . I didn't recognise the details of this policy and I became suspicious when they asked for my bank details . When I refused to give these the called became irritated and annoyed so I said that I was not giving out anything over the telephone . Received several more calls which I ignored . ...I do not remember calling this number or answering it. 49 minutes would have been the longest call of the year and I would have remembered. Fraud or scam, I have definitely been ripped off.

Today, 15:32, only answered because I was expecting a recruitment company to call. Person advised they were calling about PPI, I advised this was a business number and requested that it be taken off their list, they agreed and we said goodbye, all nice and amicable, no need for shouting or rudeness. Will now add it to my contact called "DO NOT ANSWER" contact which takes it up to a grand total of 26 numbers :)
